I am a huge fan of Royal Mail.....at least sometimes...

Partly because the rose... is based in a rural location and it keeps our little local post office in business, and partly because it is one of the greenest methods of delivery we can find. Royal Mail is moving and shifting mail and parcels throughout the country whether you like it or not...

We use the first class recorded delivery service offered by the Post Office because it can be tracked, but it requires a signature upon delivery.

We send you an email once we have posted the parcel, together with the tracking number and so we can both keep an eye on the delivery. (This is over and above the email you automatically get once an order is placed).

If you are overseas we are really happy to mail to you....we currently charge a flat £4.95 for UK postage, BUT where it has cost us less (for example just a scarf) we refund the difference to you,£12 for Europe and £20 for the rest of the world.....but you are entirely responsible for your own customs and duties wherever appropriate.
